I have tried to contact three different offices today, with email addresses gained from the Western Cape Government's own website.

Email get rejected because of some DKIM key thingy that is unavailable.

Perhaps they should try the form-to-email approach. After all, if we cannot email them, how will they govern according to our needs? Or is it just OK for an aspiring ruler party to provide a service that proves incapacity to govern?

No business and no government department can afford to host a useless website in this day and age.

Contacting them is difficult - I live with disability and cannot make a phone call. I depend upon using email, but apparently they cannot receive any?

Do you have access to them? Please ask them to fix their mail systems and website!

How about posting the sites with contact addresses you're trying.

Why not send it directly to the relevant minister? [email protected]
Won't work.

The problem is with OP's domain. Their server is rejecting the mail (hence the "ACL" in the server response). Its thinking OP has forged the "from" email address.

OP, use a different account to send the mail from, one not using your current domain.
