What 4Afrika means for SA

The Department of Communications has thrown its support behind Microsoft's 4Afrika initiative, which aims to tackle the high rate of unemployment in South Africa.

Great initiative from Microsoft South Africa, if done right they will get a huge start on their competitors in the growing African market.
