Don't blame MyBB, the man can't stay out the news and sadly it is usually for the wrong reasons. Other leaders make the news for their policies, with JZ it's his ineptitude and other controversies.

Sadly there is precious little logical about anything Zuma does, utters or is involved in.

You guys miss the point completely - he is meeting his own objectives perfectly - consolidate power, ensure he is never tried for anything etc. We saw it with Mugabe - when his soldiers were being killed he was making money selling body bags. Zuma is not stupid

Colour me confused: yesterday I thought king Zumatello decided to rename the DoC and sack Carrim, today it's even worse than that.

“This should be the Ministry of Propaganda: policy, strategy and the regulatory functions of Icasa have no place here. It should be set free to be seen to be a fully independent Chapter 9 institution,” said Shinn.

Doesn't The Constitution need to be changed before Zumatello can effectively merge or disband ICASA into the DoC?

Zumatello appears to have performed a botched circumcision on the DoC (Telkom + Post Office = unwanted foreskin) and has tried to stitch ICASA's empty sack onto the resulting Department of Propaganda.

We should all have seen this coming considering ICASA's recent self-proclaimed elections advertising veto powers: ICASA peddled itself on Propaganda Street and king Zumatello is the pimp in the dark alley.
