This is a section of the forum I've never browsed before Pretty interesting!

I've posted this once before in another section and didn't get much a reply. Daily I get emails telling me to go to http:\10.x.x.x and they even usually have another fake link above them (like with phishing).

What are they? What do you think these will do? I know it's maliious, but how do you think there is a page there that asks o download something?

I don't like the idea of a sandbox in windows... it just doesn't sound trustworthy. does it work reliably?

It could be sites which autodownload malware or just porn, viagra, MLM schemes. It could be spam or malicious stuff designed to take over your PC, install a keylogger to steal your credit card/login info etc.
