My wife is taking my son and going with her family to Pretoria. So I am home alone for the extended weekend. Pretty much gonna veg out and catch up on sleep and tv.

Was hoping to do a nice long run around the mountain on Saturday but I buggered up my ankle last weekend so it's looking unlikely. Otherwise chill at home, maybe some light housework, drinks, series, movies and some sport.

Off to Pecanwood on the Hartebeespoort Dam for the weekend with our son, dogs, both sets of parents, my one brother and future BIL.

It sounded amazing until "with" and then it just sounded like my idea of hell. But enjoy. Or good luck. Whichever is appropriate

Free of the minion for this long weekend and bought us two large racks of ribs that we're going to do on a slow smoke tomorrow so I am much excite. Chill, drink, smoke. Perfect long weekend after this week of hell.

Gonna try to to be active in the cool weather and go up the mountain every day of the wknd
