Hyundai Creta, purchased November 2019. This is my 3rd Hyundai I purchased new. I consider them to be reliable and value for money. Also the 7 year warranty, 7 year road assist and 7 year service plan that came with it helped making my decision. Before the Creta we had an Elantra which served me well for 8 years. Before the Elantra it was the iX35 which also did not give any problems. We also still have a 1998 model Hyundai Accent that I use instead of my usual bicycle when it is raining when I have to leave for work.

You can't use value for money and new car in the sentences next to each other irrespective of what car it is.

VW. Bought it second hand in 2007 and it's still going strong. Never lets me down and it's been paid off for 11 years. Repairs/parts are a steal. No reason to change cars.

Looks like "Other" is winning :)

Anyway, we have an Opel Corsa C and a Landrover Freelander 2.

When trash sold for trash hits reality.

Thanks for the closure though.
Wow, you certainly spend a lot of energy hating a specific brand. Did you have a traumatic experience once?

A 9 year old Ford Figo, my most reliable car to date. Has never given me a days issue, I'm gonna drive it till the wheels fall off

2017 BMW X5. I got it because it’s 5x the fun. Would have got an x6, but couldn’t handle more than 5x the fun.

You must be new here...

Ah I never thought I'd see this glorious thread again

I'm a simple man,

Opel corsa bakkie , a car you can fix on your own is the best option.

First car was Toyota Cressida 2.8 RSi 121kw my man

I'm a simple man, after being around in various uber cars I really fell in love with the Corollas. I bought one and haven't looked back. It's not the fastest in the world but they are very compfy, light on fuel, spacious and reliable, no wonder uber drivers love them.
