I don't have a lunch break. I have a couple work breaks.

Most times just eat at desk or just take a drive to get something to eat. Then eat it in a parking lot or somewhere other than work.

Drive to gf place and spend time with her. Place is only down the road from work .

I make sure to get away from my desk. Usually find a quiet spot and read.

Yeah I used to be in the don’t take lunch and eat at my desk cycle.

Then I flipped it to making sure I get out even if just to go sit downstairs and read and it’s made a world of difference.

That’s of course on days where I don’t have somewhere to go etc.

Where I work we don't have lunch or tea time break you eat whenever you want. So normally I eat while working.
