It is a time spoken of in legend, in tales of a Golden Age. All the accounts I have read tell of a time between 1pm and 2pm. In those days, peons were afforded the opportunity to be free of their chains,
to wander and wonder, to converse, and to consume bread and cheese -if only for an hour- before returning to The Daily Grind.

Since I'm a smoker I think it's more fair to my company to not take a lunch break.

We used to have okes that took lunch breaks, smoke breaks, prayer breaks and then disappeared early on a Friday too.
