What do you do during your lunch-break?

Work and then leave early on a Friday.

I don't eat during work. Coffee or tea twice a day and back to work.
 
Eat and then talk **** for half hour
 
Lunch break? Don't think I've had one of those since school days.

Yesterday at lunch I changed my routine and went on a short road trip since the weather was so nice. Drove with the sun roof open and listening to good tunes. Was so recharged after that.

Since my office is on 23 acres of private land, I’m gonna try the read a book by one of the lakes on the next nice day.

Time permitting meet girlfriend for lunch.
Often eat at desk so I can get work done.
 
I tend to eat at my desk. If I had a bad nights sleep (I have very intermittent insomnia) I occasionally go take a power nap in the car.

I figure my occasional posting on MYBB spread out over the day is my breaks.
