That would run Ubuntu like a dream! I would load a ton of movies or MP3s on there and turn it into an entertainment device in the bedroom or the spare room. When Wife or kids wants to watch something else. at least I can go somewhere and do something else!

Thats not a Bad Idea!! Think my old Socket A has 2 SATA ports but need to find a media player that will play .rmvb files for Ubuntu

I don't have a problem with recommending good, free software

I think you can get all the parts in this country - just haven't seen the thing they put the mobo in sold separately here....But I guess I could just use the panel that the mobo is currently attached to...Mmmmm

Can only find factories selling 210l barrels of that mineral oil stuff- I don't think I'll need that much

Try contact easygas SA , i heard it somewhere, they sell the stuff per litre i think
