Default is radio, though 'listening' is a stretch. More background noise.

If I'm alone it's usually an audiobook

Currently working my way through Neil Gaiman's Sandman audio books when traveling to work. We mostly listen to music when the family is with me in the car

[X] nothing - zazen practice.

otherwise

[X] other - Throat singing practice: Kargyraa, Fry screaming and Gutteral.

I haven't a radio any sort of player in my car for years now. I guess I'm not as sufferer of wondering / monkey mind

On my own or long journeys - Podcasts.
With people - YouTube music, Soundcloud.

In fact I normally start my warmups for the throat singing in the shower when I know I'm going for a drive and what that shitfaced up/scarecrowface up

@MartinGB

You can do: do you sing in the shower - I do, where I start with stretches, vocal warmups, etc.

Nothing. Can't stand the radio and getting music to play is too much of a mission.

Weekdays mostly the radio (Jackaranda these days because no more stations that play rock).

Weekends, everything from Slipknot to Taylor Swift via bluetooth, depends on the mood,

Anyone else here ended up with a couple of Audible credits because you signed up for a free audiobook to test it and forgot about the subscription?

Nope. I got that for more legal outlook on having harry potter, dune, and few other books I want to do from time to time.

Leonard Cohen and the rasp roar of a twin turbo V6 motor.

Strangely nothing, used to enjoy music and then got older or something. Didn't really realise for years

I listen to my Youtube Music and sing along at the top of my lungs for hours.

I have also been known to rock out on various air instruments, normally guitar and drums.
