Creatine and BCAA as a intra-workout.
Pre-workout sometimes on leg days only but mostly not.

Other than that, it is just protein and a good diet.

Ive recently stopped pre workout on leg days. For some reason it seems to mess with my blood pressure (too low). I get dizzy and light headed badly.

Nutritech vasoNO3 or Nuke Pump preworkout(both stim free), and Nutritech amino boost 2.0 intra workout.

I don't like to substitute whole food protein with whey. I'm not a big believer in the post workout feeding window but I will usually eat an hour post workout. If I need to wait longer than that then I'll have a nutritech whey shake.

Imports are a rip off. Optimum Nutrition whey tastes great but is no better than other good whey isolates.

Creatine now and then.

That's strange. Might be the specific product ?

I agree. Imported protein costs triple or more than local and in the end, it's exactly the same. You are just paying a premium price. Imported pre-workout supplements however generally have better labels and is dosed correctly. A lot of the local products are just caffeine with a minuscule amount of Citrulline etc

Weird that the pre is doing that. I have the same. Leg day in particular, but not related to the pre, in fact I'd suggest the pre might help with low BP but I could be wrong. Must test with and without.

Quite normal, particularly if you are lifting very heavy. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. After an intense heavy set blood pressure drops and the due to the caffeine restricted blood flow can make you feel dizzy like you're going to pass out. Heavy compounds movements that recruit the most muscle groups like deadlifts and squats don't go well with stimulants.
