So i'm thinking of getting a weighted vest,i don't use a gym i mostly do bodyweighted workouts, and I really wana start cutting bodyfat,any1 use 1 before, what was your outcome.
I've got a 20kg vest gathering dust yes. Realistically it will do very little for fat loss unless you use it while running and actually maintain a pace that makes you suffer. Even then you'll probably barely burn off a small 50g packet of big korn bites.

The additional calories burned during bodyweight exercises like pushups with the vest are not enough to offset a bad diet that caused the weight gain in the first place.

Unfortunately it's cardio, more workouts, and #1 a reduction in calories for any considerable fat loss... The fitness industry is built on lies that there's always an easier way like doing situps for stomach fat loss.

Exactly the same as my scenario, I also have a 20kg vest that ended up in the guest room cupboard and has been sitting there for the last 3 years.

I've used it to do cardio in the past as well as bodyweight workouts. It did help though, as my diet was on point.

In the end no matter what you do you cant out-train a bad diet.

A weighted vest will add intensity to your bodyweight training and help you build additional strength. Not sure that they make any special claims with regards to fat loss.

Try adding a HIIT session once or twice a week. for 30-40 minutes including your warm up and cool down. Get your heart rate up, get out of breath(using your Anaerobic energy system) aim for big compound movements (eg burpees.) Short intense periods of exercise can give you several hours of Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) which helps burn fat for several hours after your workout.

I also often add in sprints at the end of a strength session which works well. Kettlebell Swings are also one of my go to exercises for fat burning. As also mentioned, you have to have your diet sorted.

1g a week? You also said GH and insulin?
Interested to know what you run, i assume test and something like tren or deca?

i run 10 week cycles and change it up a little bit. so before my current mix I was on Prop and the HD tren combo. half a ml of each two to three times a week.

Now Im on the HD supertest 500 combo (Only combo worth even trying in my opinion) 1ml twice a week.

then GH , use the keiffi 4 units a morning.

insulin i do 6 clicks after gym (if you do this make 100% sure your food is ready , and eat a packet of winegums on way home)

Ive never been a fan of HD. Their stuff has always felt very inconsistent and on some other forums I see complaints about them fairly frequently. 1G of test a week seems like a lot. What does your bloodwork look like?
Do you suffer from any kind of lethargy / tiredness from the GH?

If you get it straight from the supplier i have found GH to be the best. Much safer than Genetech or PGW or LP or keiffi in my opinion. THere is no middle man between me and the supplier so I get good stick.

GH not at all.

the insulin, if you dont use it correctly you feel like a fat old man
