What is considered an utility bill?

Other than the normal electricity and water or gas? I'm not at the bank or whomever does the KYC/FICA, but if you do not have electricity, water or gas because of everything being prepaid, would something like a cell phone contract bill be enough? The only other thing I actually get is my internet access bills from Cool Ideas, but that is in my name so for my SO there isn't anything left but say vodacom or cellc...

That's what I use. The bank doesn't accept their own statements but they will accept a printed PDF from telkom...

From your banking app, you should have an option to print stamped bank statements.. use that..

Then: If you do not get a municipality bill, you are renting.

Then your rental agreement will suffice as proof of address.
