I Want to Ask "What is MyCloud" i Googled it, I see it's a Hard Drive but, do you Host files on it Through Port forwarding.
i Noticed http://9anime.to has stopped using Google Drive for Video Sharing. There is NO More Download button.

They probably got Told "If you allow Download" We ARE Shutting YOU! DOWN.

MyCloud is a Western Digital product range. In this context it probably refers to their software suite which you can use to share files off your NAS or external hard drive.

This method of sharing would be directly to the MyCloud device and doesn't go through any Google/AWS servers for instance.

in Order for Copyright Holders to Shut Down 9Anime "if They Ever Choose so" they would just cut off his/her internet, or Take away the Hard Drive from his possession and Delete all files from RapidVideo And/or Openload.
