I need clarity on this. It appears under the ussd string *123#.Sometimes these offers disappear for other users it doesn't appear at all.

I think it looks at your usage and then sometimes give you specials specific to you.

I am on Sim Sonke, maybe the guys that get error are using the Telkom More Tariff...

I also got a SMS but I got these offers....

1. 25MB Data @ R1.50 for 1 day
2. 50MB Data @ R3.00 for 2 days
3. 30 Telkom Mins @ R2.00 for 1 day

Hi all

We are currently running a WOW USSD deals campaign. The campaign will be targeted to prepaid voice customers. Not all customer will participate on this campaign. Only customers that received the SMS will be able to participate. They will receive unique offers via USSD, these offers include: data, SMSes, minutes and the social plan. Customers will buy the offers at much discounted prices to use for one day, two days or the weekend by dialing *123#.

All loyal customers should be able to partipate in this promotion. It's totally unfair to be honest with you. I have been loyal Telkom/8ta/mobile subscriber the day you folks opened for business...

How long is this promotion running for? Will random prepaid subscribers be Smsed every week or not.

Telkom Minutes does that include landline or sstrictly Mobile. *confusion*

I agree, I think all loyal TM clients are now angry not to also be part of this promo.

When I chose the Telkom minutes, it sms'd me back to say I can use it to both Telkom landlines and Telkom mobile numbers.

Now I have 2x Sim Sonke sim cards, so both are voice type prepaid sims.
Only 1 sim received this promotional SMS, or MMS I think. It is the 1 sim, that I use as my main #, so I think it is fair to say, they choose at least people who use it on a regular basis. The sim that is only turned on, but not used, didn't get it. So to me, that is fair at least, although I see you are upset and it looks like you use it as your main sim.
