Hi good people. OK on this question you can write long stories. My latest problem is that, when going to bed, I placed my hands on the pillow and put my head on my hands. Sometimes I wake up and my hands feel dead because the blood flow were stopped. This new way of sleeping only started the last few weeks.

I have the same problem. Worse on some days as opposed to others. I just learn to live with it. Might be a nerve though, not necessarily blood flow.

I've found that since bulking up in my shoulders I suffer from pins and needles a lot when I wake up. Sucks bro.

Memory foam sucks, i bought some and they're the worst things ever.

yup it does but its designed for support not comfort. As someone already posted you have to get used to it

Hello Robertvv. There is definitely nothing wrong with you. Basically, you have to stop putting your hands on the pillow you sleep on before you fall asleep because you forget to remove them and let your head rest peacefully.
If you find it difficult to prevent yourself from putting your hands on the pillow, ask someone you live with to constantly check up on you and remind you to remove them. You said that the behaviour began a few weeks ago so I believe that there is still a chance to overcome it and return to your old sleeping way.
