Now that the iPhone 6 & 6 Plus is well & truly here one would think the prices of the iPhone 5C & 5S would drop; you know so one good score on a good deal on an older then model; it looks like MTN does not share that sentiment.
Firstly they don’t even list the 5C but rather the older 5; along with the 5S.
On an international basis the i5 went out of production a while back & the only current (sold) iPhone models is the: 5C; 5S; 6 & 6 Plus.
To add insult to injury it looks the 5S contract price hardly changed and the i5 increased! I pay R319pm for my 64gb i5 on the MTNChoice 100 package; here the prices for the i5 start at R369pm!
There is no other word but #fail MTN.
I would love to get my wife a 5S (or even the 5C) for relatively little money but it seems MTN does not play ball…
