Hybrid model - a few days in the office, a few days WFH.

For the next month I am working at the office 7 days a week, 12+ hours a day.

Happens when departments are seriously understaffed and Top Management is clueless.

Hybrid. Visa/work contract makes it difficult to flex more muscle but just you wait until I have permanent residence or the wife gets an indefinite contract...

Work from the office full time. My choice though.

Have team-members who work from the office half-day, 3 days a week or 5 days a week (rest of the time it is at home).
