What is your monthly usage and ISP?

Curious what the 10TB+ people are doing.

Streaming 4K content non-stop from dawn to dusk every single day gets you to around 7TB if napkin math is right.

That's a hell of a lot of TV watching even if multiple people...

Or maybe people have 8K screens? Haven't seen much 8K streamed content though.

Me...dunno...I'd guess maybe like 500gigs

I'm on a 30/30Mbps Uncapped Fibre account with Faircom. We use about 600GB per month on average, sometimes more, sometimes less. Paying R799pm (IIRC)

Like you, we pretty much stream for most of the day. The line is used for streaming IPTV, Netflix, Prime, General Internet usage and gaming. Just myself and the S/O. We have young twins so often put kids programs on to keep them occupied for a bit while we do dishes or clean up a bit but even if we're not watching TV, there's usually something like Friends or Big Bang on in the backround.

400-600GB, 100/50 OS via AH. My parents are on 20/20 FF via AH and sometimes push 700. Purely streaming.

That graph is great, you're always at 2TB if more than a TB...
If it's the 120GB difference, you're at about 1.5TB marker.
LOL Yip there is no data beyond 2TB if it goes over it is still just TB but normally i am at 1.8TB to 2TB a month the lockdown there was definitely a spike i think my kids could of broken youtube servers

What the hell are you doing to use that much

I have Netflix Premium for R169 a month but feel and it's proved that Netflix is reducing quality a bit especially during the lockdown and in peak times and sometimes maybe their network just not up for it.

So while I have the sub active I check what it is I want to watch and then download the full 2160p season in the highest quality available on torrents. Add to my external and watch it like that it watch it directly off a google drive.

3 users in 1 house, we average 2000 gig a month, mostly streaming, Netflix & YouTube. We are on Rain 5G Premium. I myself am in IT, so downloading a lot of ISO's, drivers, etc.

I think on an easy day I get 50GB a day. This is streaming etc.
Maybe if I go wild once in a while, I can get to 100 GB a day + depending I guess. I thought streaming of 4K video would really max things out but in reality its about 50G a day.

I usually average around 400 - 500gb per day on a 1Gbps connection 1000/100
