What keyboard and mouse do you use?

I have the Logitech MX5000 combo. To be honest, it gave heaps of teething problems, drivers were crap, the MX1000 laser mouse works only on matt black surfaces, and the Bluetooth is finicky.

For all you Logitech users: check out uberOptions. It's a fantastic add-on to the Logitech Setpoint software, making it far, far more versatile. For example, being able to program mouse buttons to do almost anything, with separate and seamless settings for each application.

Keyboard HP somethingorother PS/2 (nice tactile feedback for me, since I touch type)

Mouse : Logitech MX1000 without the Setpoint s/w.. sick of that POS software, mouse functions better without it, even if I lose the use of some buttons.

Will have a look, thanks :)

That uberOptions program looks sweet. I think I'll give it a try.

I can't use my MX1000 without SetPoint. Feels way too... Jerky.

My Logitech keyboard feels a bit unresponsive sometimes... So I'm looking to upgrade it with something reasonably cheap. Not too fancy, but something that one of you has been happily and effectively using to pwn teh l0z0rz on ze (insert frequently played fps) on teh intrawebs.

Logitech G11 :p

I bought a Microsoft wireless desktop 1000, it was delivered just this week, but after spending some time with it I got annoyed: the mousewheel scrolling doesn't always pick up when I scroll "one click" up, I have to seriously scroll just to move a small bit then it scrolls to far sometimes, both mouse and keyboard had a range of less than a meter, even though the signal strength shows high. The keyboard is huge and the receiver is just as huge, it looks like a futuristic ashtray.

Got pissed off, bought a Logitech LX710 keyboard and laser mouse today and I'm happy as can be...

but I seriously want the diNovo Edge, its one pornographic looking keyboard...pity it costs R1800:rolleyes:

well i use a Aopen kboard,And 2 mice,One is a 5 button(for lazyness)And the other a microsoft 3 button(for when i am frustrated with the other mouse)
