Foetus - When its cold, winter months.
Log - When the bed is small or shared
Yearner - When I fell asleep with the E-book in my hands
Soldier - See Starfish
Freefaller - when I fall in bed intoxicated
Starfish - When I fell asleep watching TV

I start sleeping in the fetal position, on my left side. I usually wake up in a different position though as I am a very restless sleeper.

I sleep on my left side. With my left arm straight out under the pillow. I also do sleep on my right side but only if the wife is facing away from me, I don't like facing someone else's face when sleeping (I don't know why but just don't like it :erm:)

I sleep on my side or in the freefaller position

/OT

I sleep on my right side, in a (forward) tilted position. Usually. If its not the right, then its the left. I hate sleeping on my back, its painful and meh.

Sometimes I sleep on my stomach, with my neck turned to either side (usually the right), but when I wake I'm in pain.

Lately, due to the plethora of piercings I've gotten, my sleeping positions have been quite awkward. Although for awkward positions my worst one was sleeping whilst sitting up with my forehead resting on a bedside table and my shoulder against a wall. I had chickenpox :p

I've also got sleep apnea, my stomach never distends though... Is this common?

how many piecings do you have?

The Foetus: start with a left foetus till I'm almost asleep then swap to the right and I am out.

why?! and where?

Um... 4mm tunnels in both ears (starching to 8mm I think. Will see), snake bites, labret, horizontal bars in both nipples, tongue and a PA.

Because I felt like it :D

The nipple piercings forced me to sleep on my back... which was horrid. But they've healed enough for me to sleep on my side again.
