Oh - forgot to say I use Caffeine [if you're an Alred 2 powerpack user, there's a nice little script to activate/deactivate Caffeine from the keyboard] all the time.

BarTender is brilliant. I have too many applets for my menubar - but with BT, all is good.

Use Moom instead of Magnet (used to use that free BTT(??), but it interfered with a few other applications).

Never really saw aneed for Flux - but it's on my list for someday/maybe.

So after running Windows on a MacBook Air for the past couple of years, I'm upgrading to a 13" Retina.

Heard Windows still looks a bit bad on the Retina display so I'll be giving OSX another go. I got the following software lined up installation:

Going to give iWorks a go instead of installing Microsoft Office.
Edit: Obviously prefer Retina enabled apps.
