What supplements do you take?

Define healthy range? Again, medical science aims primarily to prevent illness, optimal health is secondary.

We evolved to get magnesium in our water, and so did our food, but both are now lacking.

//this is all my sales pitch for Evian water, spoiler alert
I get my water from a borehole rich in Magnesium.

I’m with @BBSA . Meat, veggies, and fruit for me. I ain’t paying R200 a month or whatever to piss out vitamins.

I leave the meat and fruit out and I reckon I'm pretty healthy

Well either that or I'm dead and don't know it :whistling:

Oh and creatine if that counts and probably choline soon because I can only eat so many eggs and liver is for savages

Nice list, healthy!
But 3 avos a day... I dunno how you do it.

I think the closest I can get to that is Broccoli and Macadamia nuts. Now that I could eat often.

Haha, you should see my Checkers list (cheese, russians, salami).

Breakfast every morning, avo smoothie with chia seeds, maybe kiwi, banana or grapes.

Now that is a food that needs a money tree. Plus they’re addictive so I can’t stop eating them. If I buy a kilogram, it’s gone in a week.

Sheesh, I have to check this Vitality thing out.

Great for fruits, veggies, skinless chicken, ostrich, and unbattered fish.

But they won't subsidise your beef, pork, or lamb :crying:

Lots of people are to lazy to make a healthy meal. Popping a few pills is a quick solution.

maybe its laziness for some people, but at least for me it really is not possible to have perfect meals every day all the time.
There is a convenience to making sure I get decent benefits from a tablet or two and it saves a ton of money. I travel a lot as well and it becomes increasingly difficult to eat well.

I understand the trying to do it with diet alone, but if you can get benefit from taking a tablet then why hate on it? I dont get that

No hate, just pointing out a fallacy. Popping pills is not an alternative to a healthy diet.

Unlike vitamins in foods, your body does not recognise vitamins produced in a factory and as such you do not absorb them well. Mostly it just goes through you and come out as expensive piss.
