What supplements do you take?

Just whey protein and recently started with pure hydrolysed collagen.
I find taking vitamins orally is only beneficial if you lacking certain vitamins. I had a vitamin cocktail IVR a few years ago. Think I should make it an annual thing.

Nice selection. NMN and Resveratrol has been on my list, but I decided against them. NMN/NR is just to expensive for what they do. From what I can see Nicotinamide also boosts NAD+ quite a lot, if you look at the study they did on how it protects from sunburn. I can agree that it help for sun protection.
Resveratrol seems to be very low in bioavailability. Its main protective mechanism seems to be via PDE4 inhibition, so I just take a low pharmacological PDE4 inhibitor.

I will probably have to update my list again on what I take soon. A lot won't really count as supplements though.
Interesting new videos here :

The Solal brand of K2 has both MK4 & MK7 in it.

Edit : New routine

NMN and resveratrol (1000mg each, resveratrol mixed with olive oil)

Omega 3, k2 and D3 (Late afternoon, during non fasting)

Ag it's probably a negligible difference...I can't recall right now what I initially read that made me want both forms, really just mentioned in case you were trying to find a supp with both forms.

You should rethink your diet if you need supplementation. Most vitamins and minerals can be found in whole foods.
The 1970's called and want their bad science back.
As one xample:
An estimated one billion people worldwide are either vitamin D insufficient or deficient

No, notwithstanding your expertise as a dietitian, you are aware that Vitamin D2 and D3 are not available naturally in any food? You de realise that scientific and dietary advancements have been made in the last 50 years?

You are aware that the so called nutrition pyramid is built on lies?

50 Years Ago, Sugar Industry Quietly Paid Scientists To Point Blame At Fat

Yes I know the suger industry is evil.

Does not mean you can't get your vitamins from food.
