What supplements do you take?

Was battling with a painful wrist and knee which prevented me from doing certain exercises. Have been using nothing but Collagen peptides for just over 2 months now and finally starting to see really good results. No more painful wrist and knee, good muscle mass increase and fat loss. Would recommend.
 
I have. Got them and after a few days I did some reading up and it turns out, they don't really do much for boosting testosterone. Waste of money.
I'm more curious if you experienced better sleep and if your recovery between workouts improved?
 
Has anyone here used or uses one of the USN Testo boosters? Curious to hear your experiences.
Animal products are excellent, I use these:

 
Mostly phospholipase A2, phospholipase B, hyaluronidase, phosphatase, α-glucosidase, melittin, apamin, mast cell degranulating peptide, adolapin, tertiapin, secapin, melittin F and cardiopep as well as a few other random peptides and enzymes.

But just once or twice a week.
