What supplements do you take?

Bad idea. Don't ever go near depo tes ... ever. Got plenty of psych patients who were body builders using depo tes.

Once your mind breaks there's no coming back
Explain a little more please.

What? People taking TRT test or blasting go crazy?
I am also asking more details about her comment. I have been blasting and cycling before and not sure what she is on about. Yes there are side effects and if you are already aggressive by nature then TEST can bring out more of what you already are.
But the positives outweigh the negatives. In actual fact, its very common for 45 year old men to go on HRT, which is TEST, but the slowest of the slow release.

Bish, please. My friend in the UK said it has changed his life. He is 40. A lot of older men are using it now and it makes a massive difference.

and she mentioned specifically Depot TEST. I want to know why specifically Depot TEST and not Cyp, enanth, Prop.
Depot is not even very common these days

Creatine Monohydrate

From next month I will also be taking ZMA

Yip if you ue it too long or too much. Most of these supplements that these guys make don't really do much though actual medical grade tes is very dangerous

Depo Test (Medical grade) is mainly taken for TRT purposes and older guys take that for years, including retired bodybuilders.

Obviously if you continue to blast 1000mg of test for years, there’s going to be consequences, but if you do blood tests regularly and have a doctor who knows his stuff you could actually improve your life.

People like Arnold and Stallone have been on Test for years. Yet, they haven’t gone crazy.

what does it matter wether for bodybuilding or HRT?

Because HRT means you have low tes thus its acceptable and you doing it with a Dr and blood work. When you bulking using tes at an old age then you putting yourself at a cardiac risk. I.E you gain muscle mass too quickly and you circulatory system will begin to fail over time as it cannot keep up. Think of it like powering a truck with a 1 litre engine. Won't happen over night bit it does happen. There's also the psych issue

I'm aware of that thanks. I manage patients on tes. I have patients who have hormonal issues, certain neuro conditions and I have a lot of former sport supplement reps under psych Tx. It's shocking how many of them abused tes in order to look good to push their product. Also I wouldn't look at celebrities and think hey it must be safe you actually know nothing about those people other than their names and their work. It's a dangerous trap once you end up in the Dr's room whether it be cardiac or psych its too late. So just avoid it.

Here I am trying to gain muscle mass naturally, working hard, and these wankers are just using ‘roids.

Which is why I said go to a doctor. TRT is perfectly safe and effective. You wont be taking anywhere near bodybuilding doses, and you will be getting actual medical grade medicine.

Even if you take low doses interference with your natural hormonal structure is a bad idea. Unless you have a medical reason to take it stay far away from it.
