I gave you a perfect scenario and you still prescribed anti depression meds?

That's because what appears to be your perfect scenario is far more complicated than you realise/understand. You also assume a short term course will suddenly correct the issue which is another error.

You also failed to realise if you stop the HRT you will cause a further reduction in tes and hence a greater depression for the patient thus not solving the issue.

Then when the patient eventually suffers from HRT then what ? How many drugs you going to use to combat these side effect to only end up on the SSRI anyways.

Too short sighted with zero clinical experience.

Have you ever heard of Post Cycle therapy.

No HRT therapy are short term courses, its a every 3 month blood work checkup and followed by an appointment with your Urologist.

Its the same with Anti depressants. In 99% of the cases an individual will never go off the meds. So why focus on HRT on that level?

and lastly, why would anyone ever needs SSRI's for low Test counts?
Please explain

People go on and off of SSRI’s all the time.

I would take creatine however I've tried it many times and yet got fine pimples,(bare in mind I've always had acne issue but this made it worse) anyways I do drink alot of water but no difference.

Do you guys think it's necessary though to take it? I assume not.

Once you hop on HRT/TRT you know it’s for life. There’s no short term, we are aware that your natural test will shut down and the chances of it getting back to normal is slim if you stop. But hopping on a low dose test doesn’t cause you to go crazy or depression.

Now if you were talking about Trenbolone, then I would agree with you. That steroid will cause Jealousy, anxiety, paranoia, aggression, insomnia and even weird sexual fetishes. Tren ****s your mind and I don’t recommend that to anyone, unless you compete.

You don’t have to but it helps. I can do about 15% more reps when I take it , and it’s been shown to help prevent muscle loss in the elderly. No idea why it would cause acne. Are you sure it’s related?

I have insomnia, does melatonin work??
Melatonin only triggers the sleeping hormone, but wont really keep you asleep.

I am also using Melatonin, 6mg per evening and i am ready to hit the sack an hour later. (Slow release)

Melatonin is the sleeping hormone, it regulates circadian rhythm. 6mg is way too much and that’s why you’re not staying asleep once you fall asleep.

hahah speaking of experience? Especially Tren Ace. In my younger years i went on a few cycles and it completely changed my body. But yes the side effects where insane. Night sweats, aggression, Tren cough etc. I can name them.
Tren is no ones friend.

No i am 100% on my side. I am out for the count the complete evening. I jumped from 2.5mg Zolnox to 6mg Melatonin and feel great in the mornings.
I was referring to @RVR post

**Need to add. I am around 107kg so 3mg is just not enough. I order Melatonin through the Compounding pharmacy in Bryanston and they make up 5mg usually but i am not in SA.

So, listening to Andrew Huberman, he says not to take melatonin. He says that helps you fall asleep, but doesn't help you stay asleep.

His sleep cocktail is Magnesium Threonate (must be threonate, cause it's the only magnesium that passes blood/brain barrier), Theanine and Apigenin.

And as a professor in Neurobiology, I'd trust what Huberman says.

Probably not. Turk is a real thing, along with Tongkat Ali. (also that one from Nigeria (i forget the name), but literally makes your balls grow noticeably bigger - that's a no from me)
Fadogia agrestis The Nigerian shrub. 300-600mg per day. Up to 300point Increase in test, with big balls.
