What to study further, advice needed

I'd move on, but for me the next logical study would be MBA if I were in your position. However, you are most likely already way better qualified than your peers, and then even a MBA would not give you advantage where you are. The employer may reward longer service rather than knowledge with promotions. It is not uncommon.
