What would it take?

this is a two fold question.

1.) What would it take for a company to get your business?
2.) what do you feel will be required for a provider to be able to provide decent connections (where do you think the current providers are going wrong)

1) Provide a decent connection
2) Fast upload speeds, cheap bandwidth, high speed access - sort of like what Iburst is doing now with their 15Mpbs wireless, but wired and for a lower price. R10K per month is too much, even for a medium size business (to link two branches, you need 2 connections - therefore we are talking 20K per month).

which is better, cheaper capped bandwidth, or more competative uncapped bandwidth?

More competitive uncapped bandwidth would do it for me, but no use if the upload speed is 512kbps.

And with uncapped I mean UNCAPPED. No rate limits or shaping.
