3 eggs, salt and pepper.

Heat my cast iron pan, olive oil and some butter. Then turn down the heat from 9 to 5.

Pour in eggs, pull them in from the side to the centre, while the egg starts to harden, fill the gaps by tipping the... actually. I just followed this video:

Anyone here enjoys runny egg yolk, sometimes referred to as "over easy"?
I can't stand it. Needs to be hardened/omelette/scrambled.
