@EMAM I never released making a cheesecake is so expensive. I used 900g Philadelphia cream cheese. Cost of all the ingredients is nearly R500.

But worth it... yum

I have an awesome recipe for a baked cheesecake (I'm Jewish after all) that I use for orders which uses normal cream cheese, but if I gave it to you, I'd have to kill you

Oh wow, then you're in a league of your own.

I bake for fun and as gifts. Terrible though when people don't acknowledge the amount of time, effort, love and money goes into a cake. :crying:
