What's for breakfast?

Fresh fruit and fruit juice.
Poached haddock.
Bacon, chipolata, baked beans, grilled tomato, eggs and toast.
Washed down by strong black filter coffee (the teaspoon was quivering with fear prior to entering the cup).

Pistachio Halva, plain yogurt, honey, banana... very delicious...

Oats with a little scoop of butter and powdered biltong on top
1 x cream cracker with black pepper flavoured cream cheese
Rooibos tea
 
Oats with a spot of marg, sugar and milk.
Some cornflakes mixed.
Washed down by rooibos.
 
Rooibos tea , half a banana and half an oats cookie.

Have to go to the gym and will have proper brunch when we return.
