What's for breakfast?

Double banana & oats smoothie. I call it the wireless smoothie because you don't need a wire to connect with it.

I would love to have smoothies like this every morning - so healthy! But unfortunately I think I might

Oh, you can replace the oats with weet-bix, that gives it a nice crunch. I just take a blender, add some milk and banana(s) and what ever else is lying around like oats, weet-bix, illovo, yougurt...... simba/lays if you feel very adventurous/hung over. But don't play around with the ingredients before a race - that is a bad idea. On race days I break out the box of Nurti-Life and a cup of that in the blender.

Oh god. I feel sick if I look at food before 10h00. Cup of coffee only. Thanks

you love your rooibos eh?

Yep. I don't drink milk and I can't handle the taste of normal tea. Also, coffee needs to come a wee bit later in the day. So rooibos is a perfect fit. Love the taste too :o

Edit: the upside is the healthy qualities of it (antioxidants, etc). I drink about 3 to 5 cups a day and it doesn't taste too bad cold (the odd time I forget to drink while hot :o).

Nothing wrong.

/sips bush tea

On the cooldrink side, I see Woolies are doing rooibos & orange, which is quite refreshing. I also enjoy Red Tea, by Lipton I think.
