What's for breakfast?

I suppose anything sounds nom-nom from your vantage point these days :D
So how's the diet going? Well, I hope, 'cause it looks like you have been pretty good about things ;)

LOL! I miss my PB sarmies, ok? :D

So far so good, thx. I've been keeping to the oats brekkie mostly and halved my sugar consumption. I'm not exercising enough yet, but there have been some compliments from friends that I'm losing weight. Not really chasing a target, but rather just trying to foster healthier habits.

Congrats on your effort. Any exercise is better than none. I haven't been exercising nearly enough. Planning to join a gym, which as a minimum will include work on the treadmill, some cycling and circuit work. I have no great ambitions other than to lose some weight, combat my stress and get me healthier. Also want to play more golf (carry my own bag when I walk the course) and cycling too. With 7 weeks leave at the end of the year I will have time to do do these things and develop good habits.

PS. Not that I should be saying this, but PB on hot toast is my best :)

Ye good olde oats + yoghurt + rooibos. Now that this is becoming the norm, I may give the fat-free yoghurt a shot (blehhhh)
:D

Oats soaked overnight in apricot yoghurt + rooibos. Banana to follow soon

a typical sunday brekkie in our house:
bacon fried until crispy
eggs, fried in butter on top of toast with cheese
baked beans
whatever wors was left over from saturday, or a frank
mushrooms fried in bacon "oil" (not as fattening as bacon fat :)) with onions, a squirt of Worcestershire sauce, a dash of balsamic and maybe a dash or sherry
orange juice with vodka

Not that fat content is much of a priority...
