Average Lunch this week

While I generally enjoy making my own spice mixes and such.When lazy I do enjoy, using prepacked spice mixes, tried out the Shan keema mix, boy was in for a surprise, I didn't add extra chili, did add 2 extra tomato's, had just enough of a bite, and this is also the flavor of my favorite durban snack the Samosa, definitely picking up some more of these next time I am in town, local Pakistani also has the samosa dough wrappers.But I am tempted to pull out my pasta's roller and do it my self
