There was a delicious chilli sauce at the table. A spoonful adds a whole new dimension to the pizza.

Not sure if I would order it, but I can see it work. I like livers, the feta would give it a creamy texture and I always like some bread to sop up the sauce. My main complaint would be that I don't like pizzas without pizza sauce, so besides the fact that I probably won't order a chicken liver pizza I most definitely wouldn't order it from a place that doesn't put pizza sauce on their pizzas.
