Hi Guys, just got me a indoor griller but noticed it has like a thermometer to adjust the heat when cooking. Not sure exactly what's the right heat for steaks on this grill, any advice? (the booklet offers no help at all)

Which make is it? Generally with steaks you want to go quite high to get a good sear on the outside without overcooking the inside.

Flip often.

This seems to be the generally accepted, prevailing approach. I like high heat, marinated steak (not too many ingredients) and flipping only once or twice myself (preferably medium/medium rare).
