What's for lunch?

Lol.
Roast chicken (covered in cheese?), chunky potato chips, curry & rice.
That ain't light.

Covered in my home made sauce.
Patatoe wedges
Crayfish curry...
If you haven't had lunch in a month then it's light :p

Was supposed to be a rump and green beans, but with load shedding it’s chips.

Nothing not prepared myself, no fruits, salads or raw things.

So without electricity, I’m kinda screwed and stuck with chips and biscuits.
Sounds like you need to do a bit of bulk food prep just in case then...

Not allowed to keep prepared or cooked food either...

Everything I use must be single use too, so I drink only from cans, can only use individual coffee capsules, individual sugar bags, no reuse of mustard/ketchup, even cheese must be in individual portions.

Hopefully, that madness gets relaxed at the end of the month.

why is that? contamination?

No immune system or very little so I have to avoid every possible source of contamination (wearing a mask when I'm around people for example), no tap water, nothing non-pasteurized...

Jesus, what happened to you?

Make sure the mask is oriented the right way - can be used to protect the wearer or others from the wearer, depending on orientation.

Stem cell transplant so the new immune system is picking up slowly. It's getting better by the day but I'll still have to be careful under end of August.

To go back to topic, no time to really cook for lunch so I had 3 boiled eggs and a Peptamen for lunch!
