Wasn't a complete success, because I only had cheddar which didn't melt quickly enough to hold the bread together. But I added some chillies and crispy bacon bits and it tasted great.

We made a sourdough starter so this is all I'm gonna be having for lunch for the rest of the lockdown
This is the second loaf. Tomorrow I'm gonna try some different techniques, slower rise time, use the Dutch oven, add olive oil in, and see how that turns out.

Could've left that in the oven a bit longer, or it's it the pic?

It's fine, it's not tight. Yesterday it was in a bit short. But I think in general it needs a longer rise time to get the holes bigger
I like sourdough but not every day. I'll stick to yeast.
