When i go to Vegas every year there's a place called Rollin'Smoke off the strip in a bit of a shady area. Makes such awesome smoked brisket its do die for. They look at you funny when you rock-up in a hired GLE300 but i don't care, the food is just too good.

This place is pretty well known in the area - I'm sure @Arthur would at least recognise the name Zavala's.
