I know what I am going to make for dinner now
I found some chuck at Checkers and cooked it low and slow for about three house before I added the beans etc to the dish. Gave it another couple hours and it fell apart all on its own

Ah okay. Only been to the Brooklyn branch (which is also the head office) once.
Before the kids we always frequented the Waterglen one. And was delighted to find the Silverlakes branch with a massive play area for the kids later.
Never had a bad meal at any.

Yay - found something I've never eaten before.
Fresh jackfruit.
Taste reminds me of oldschool candy / sherbet. Only the little yellow parts are edible, the rest is white fibrous stuff, seeds and a load of super sticky white gum.
