I also had burgers today (borgers), pork and beef cheeseburgers, and some crisp cold Weiss to wash 'em down.

Decided to try out some rib eye on bone. It was whole so roasted it first before cutting and searing both sides. Came out pretty good.

Had a big variety as had a family lunch for my mom's birthday.
It was this with roasted veggies, chicken chowmein, lamb curry and roti and basmati rice.

I had a Spur burger for the first time last week or the week before. I don't think I've been that disappointed in a burger in my life
