What's for lunch?

some chili biltong and then some left over chicken pasta. wishing for a russian and chips with a fat cake though. another green monster wouldn't hurt either.

the reason why its john west, is because of its protein contents it has 27g of protein per100gm, where as luckystrike only have something like 16gms per/100.(can)
Such an expensive brand of tuna :)

Pay a little bit more for something decent.

How about the PnP brand ? Protein content?

I would agree with your philosophy on buying quality ...... but not when it comes to something like basic tinned foodstuffs.

Meat, veggies, fruit, etc ... definitely yes.

PnP brand is worse, less by 2 I think, but I'll check their contents later.

I also think PnP's version includes more fat and more calories than the other brands...

Parents got some tinned salmon from p n pay on william. I think it was 15 bucks...not bad but I must try it first. Fresh fish so expensive :( Maybe should tell my dad to go to peter place instead...(sp?)

Wholewheat sandwhich with mozarella, ripe roma tomato, lettuce and pastrami. Maybe some french mayo.. Still undecided in that regard.

Woolies "Caprese, tomato, mozarella & basil mayo on brown" with strawberry yoghurt. Yum!
