Will probably end up making steak with a jalapeño cheese sauce. And a side salad with jalapeños added.

Scones with creme fraiche and homemade strawberry jam. No pics sorry. Also I made a mascarpone lemon cheesecake with raspberries for tomorrow.

Nothing special or photo-worthy tonight.

Just pan-fried boerewors, mixed veggies and sweet potato for me tonight.

EDIT: And lots of Jameson whiskey before. I'll start cooking at about 20:00. Should be done at about 20:30.

Same here, lamb beer stew with wild rice. It was good but my wife put in chutney and apricot jam on her mother's instruction and I just don't agree that they're real ingredients at all.

Waffle, tin roof ice cream, chocolate sauce and Malawian macadamia nuts

Finished the chocolate sauce. What's the best one to get ?(not too pricy, not too crap).

Caramelized butternut soup with pomegranate molasses and creme fraiche, and rolls.

Fried mushrooms in some butter. Added half a tub of lancewood cream cheese. Keep mixing until soft. Add cream and let it reduce and thicken. Added some pepper after adding the cream

Thanks Fanie...think I might try it out this weekend
