That's kinda generic, like saying 'beef steak'.

What cut are you cooking?

I have no clue :o

I get them because they are nice and thick (inch) with plenty of fat.

Looks similar to this. Just a lot thicker (even though angle on this photo is not great). Usually about 300-350g portion sizes.

Pork steak topped with mushroom sauce and garden peas on the side.
Nice - I'm having a thick "porterhouse" tonight. It's sitting in the fridge coated in dry-rub.

Just confirmed with wife. She took beef sirloin steaks out of the freezer.

Will probably make some roasted broccoli or cauliflower with it. Still want to try and make a decent Béarnaise sauce with a steak one night. But not tonight.

Looks lekker Fanie.

I made some pork chops with a Dijon mustard pan sauce...but phone was flat so didn't take pics.
