I just can't get into the cooking thing properly after living off microwave meals for 15+ years. I've been envious of Blue Apron being advertised on US tech shows and by accident discovered we have something similar in SA called Ucook, so I'm going to give them a try starting from the week of the 9th October. So I'll get three meals a week delivered on a Monday, the exact ingredients with instructions, 20-40 minutes per meal. This will be a much easier way to learn to cook.

Little bit steep but the meals look good and healthy and delivery included and there is no single dude wastage: https://ucook.co.za/pricing/
Menu looks lekker and changes every week: https://ucook.co.za/menu/
Actually suits me, weekends may include take aways or a braai.I reckon those can be a good option for certain lifestyles. It all comes down to the quality of their recipes and the instructions they provide. Why do they only offer 3 meals a week though? Seems odd.

It is basically the chicken version of the Meatza.
500g chicken fillets.
1 egg.
About 1/2cup mozzarella.
Spices.
Some almond or coconut flour if the mixture is too wet.
Combine everything in a food processor and go to town on it.
Spread mixture out evenly on a tray lined with baking paper. And bake at 220 for about 20min or until golden brown.
Add pasta sauce, toppings and cheese and pop it back in oven until cheese is as desired.
