That's true. Fat cap could do with some colour but it does look somewhat crispy.It's hard to tell with the pics, but the skin doesn't look like it has any browning.

An alternate is to let it rest for 15 minutes while you crank the oven temp to max. Make sure you don't cover during resting and pat the surface dry. Stick the roast in there for 7-10 mins and it should give a decent result.That was the plan, but the grill element decided not to cooperate.![]()
