Inspired by faniebraai's pursuit of keto braai pie pastry.

Decided to try Russian Rolls with fathead dough.

Pork Ribs in a herb and soya honey basted source at The Local Grill on Val du Charron.

It was absolutely superb.

What an utter ****hole we live in though.

That was the plan, but the grill element decided not to cooperate.
An alternate is to let it rest for 15 minutes while you crank the oven temp to max. Make sure you don't cover during resting and pat the surface dry. Stick the roast in there for 7-10 mins and it should give a decent result.
