How did it come out?

Had a Snoek braai tonight. It's the first time I've actually enjoyed eating Snoek. It's always been too chewy and gamey tasting but it's actually a nice fish if it's cooked well

I've got chicken (assortment of pieces), onion, celery, carrots, fresh coriander, fresh garlic, cream.
